Soren was very clear about the console's firmware being 9.00, which was exactly what I was looking for.

Soren was incredibly patient and flexible as we rescheduled the pickup a couple of times due to my own scheduling conflicts.

really patient and kind seller

They were really accommodating with pickup and let me check the jacket before finalizing, which was great given my previous experience. Thank you again! Highly recommend :)
