had a couple issues but Victor was very understanding and ultimately refunded my money. even though it didn't work out, Victor was helpful and friendly throughout.

when I arrived, the item i thought id be buying had been sold, but Victor offered me a better one for the same price. I had to cha get my arrival time due to an unforseen issue - Victor was very easy going about it, which was greatly appreciated. friendly and honest - great transaction!
