Dealing with Kim was a breeze from the start. They were super flexible about timing and even offered to come earlier if needed. I really appreciated that Kim was understanding when I didn't have change. It made the transaction smooth and easy 🤝.

Unfortunately, my experience with Kim was disappointing. She initially proposed to meet at 9:00 AM. After a gentle reminder at 8:40 AM, she replied that she could not meet until about 2:00 PM, which I agreed to given it was a Saturday. At 2:05 PM, I checked if she was on her way, and at 2:35 PM she apologized again, and suggested meeting around 5:30–6:00 PM. I agreed once more, but she never showed up and did not communicate further. I understand that unexpected things happen, but repeated delays and a no-show without notice made it difficult to coordinate.
