Moe is an excellent buyer as well as a discerning one. In my opinion, that builds trust because he likes to inspect items and ask questions about their condition. I do the same. In this case, he was buying a shirt as a gift for his partner and wanted to confirm it was new with tags and clarify why I was letting it go (I already owned another one).

The only reason I didn’t give points for timeliness was because he was unexpectedly delayed from an IT visit that went awry. However, he apologized for the wait and thanked me for the great transaction through buying me an iced drink. Nice on a warm summer’s day.
