I had a great experience with Lea; they were so accommodating with the pickup details and left the item in the mailbox as planned. Lea was quick to respond and very clear about the location and how to get the item, making it a super easy pickup.

Leah was so patient while I figured out my schedule and kept me updated on when they could pick up the books. I really appreciated Lea's flexibility and willingness to come all the way to my end of town when it worked out.
