Terrific interaction. Held the item for me for 2 days. Brought the item out to my car and explained to me on the use of the dials and buttons. Rating A+

Andy provided the address right away and confirmed the item was free, which was super helpful. They also gave clear parking instructions, making my pickup run smoothly.
