I was so happy with how they were willing to work with my mailbox drop-off request and arrange a convenient time for delivery. They were very clear about their eta and confirmed when the item was dropped off. They even sent a photo to show where they left the item when it didn't quite fit in the mailbox, which was super thoughtful. 👍
