Kateryna was so accommodating with pickup times and clearly communicated the location.

She was nice and courteous, on time, didn't keep me waiting, gave tips on transportation of item. Kateryna was super quick to respond and confirmed the item was free and could be made more compact. I appreciated that they were flexible with pickup timing, even when my initial suggestion didn't work.
