Friendly coordination made for a pleasant experience when MK arranged for a friend to pick up the item.😊

MK was excellent, they helped me load it too, very helpful and kind and accommodating.

They were on time for the pickup and kept me updated.

They were very clear about the item's color, which I appreciated, and worked with me to find a pick-up time that suited us both. She was kind and accomodating when I met her at the wrong entrance. 🌱
