Cassandra was very accommodating, even when I had to change the pickup time, which made everything much easier during my move. She went above and beyond by having her roommate help disassemble the rack, and was also super communicative and sent helpful pictures, making the transaction really smooth!

Cassandra is very nice and kind

Cassandra was super sweet and generous! As we were closing in on our pick-up location, she texted asking if my little one likes Squishmallows. She didn't know that I had my girl navigating. of course, it was answered, YES! Cassandra showed up with a pkg (to hide the surprise we had agreed to pick up), but along with it, she included a gorgeous Squishmallow for my daughter. All free of charge! Thank you so much.
