Natalia

She was very nice for the exchange but part of it didn’t work so she had not checked it before selling it to us. It was advertised as like new and working and it wasn’t. It took quite a bit of time and getting someone to help fix it to get it to work. We totally overpaid for this item! Next time I’d recommend she tests it before actually saying it works perfectly!! Not too impressed tbh.

Natalia provided a helpful video showing the setup for the rail, which cleared up my questions about the item.

They were so easy to communicate with and agreed to my offer right away. I really appreciated their flexibility when I asked to change the meeting time.

Natalia was fantastic! She was super accommodating, happy to work with my schedule even when I needed to check with my husband.

Friendly seller and item as it is explained in the description
