Paul had all the hardware well-organized and the parts were packaged to protect it from damage. He even gave us some pieces of styrofoam to help protect the table while in transit. He responded quickly and was able to meet up within the hour. He also shared information about a missing piece that didn’t really affect the use of the table but let us know we could get the piece from Ikea if we wanted to. This was my first purchase on the app and it was a very positive experience! Thank you Paul!
