Patricia and David were so kind as to deliver the cushion to me for free! Patricia was very easy to deal with - gave me a discount, good communication, friendly and prompt. And most of all, she was so very accommodating: I was quite suddenly very ill in the couple of days I was in communication with her, and Patricia was so kind and understanding, making allowances on two occasions when I didn't get back to her and taking into account my disability by offering to deliver the item. Her husband David was friendly and had a lovely smile! Thank you both!
