my interaction was with a lady who from the start seemed very sweet patient and very interested with the item. I was honest with her letting her know the pump on the fountain wasn't working well and despite that info still agreed to give the original asking price if I still wanted to sell it. At pick up time , I met and interacted with both her and her husband and luckily the husband's handy skills got the pump working and are very content with the product.
