Her husband opened the package for me to make sure it was okay and then carried the box out to my van, which was very nice of him! A couple of small breaks to the back piece of the unit from disassembling it, but hopefully it won't be a problem when I put it together.

When I got home I realized that we were missing parts, I messaged Zeran and he was quick to respond. The parts had fallen out of the box, they were found and he contacted me to let me know. Very happy with the purchase, as is our senior doggo! ☺️
