They were patient and flexible when my pickup time kept shifting, which I really appreciated.

It was a real pleasure meeting Joe! He was flexible with our meet up time, and he was very kind. He shared how his child used to play with the stroller, and he congratulated me on my new granddaughter, who won't be using the stroller for a while yet, but it's in excellent condition and so cute that I had to buy it!
