Maya was super flexible with the pickup time when I had to adjust it. I really appreciated that! Dragana was super easy to deal with via text. Maya was the pickup person for Dragana. Very friendly & appreciative. Great overall experience!

Dragana seemed to have some difficulty using navigation, so we spent quite a bit of time confirming the location. However, she was very friendly and polite.
