She was really helpful in answering my questions about the kettle's capacity and whether it whistled. I also appreciated their flexibility when I needed to change the meetup time due to the weather forecast. They made coordinating the pickup really easy!

Hxlarisse was great about confirming pickup times and letting me know they had received the item. It was helpful to get their update after they picked it up.
