Lori was super communicative and gave me plenty of notice about when she'd arrive. I appreciated her being so punctual and specific with the TTC details; it made the whole meetup a breeze.

The first person who had offered to take the rug had to cancel, and Lori was very quick to accept and come and pick up which I very much appreciated.

The transaction went perfectly, thanks to Lori's clear communication and flexibility with the pick-up details.

The pick-up was so simple, and Lori was great about making sure everything was easy to find. 📦
