Bawa is very nice lady. She carefully brought what I asked for, and showed me everything one by one with patience. Even, when I rejected an item, she happily accepted it. She can handle any kind of person. She has good manners and plenty of experience working with the public.

They were clear about the pickup details, including the address and instructions to call when arriving.

I appreciated how they were clear about when they would arrive and kept me updated.

She came on time and collected the item. Good communication.
