I had a good experience arranging the pickup with Farah, and they were accommodating with the date changes.

They were incredibly responsive and helpful, quickly sending extra pictures when I asked! I really appreciated their flexibility when I needed to adjust our meetup time, and they were so understanding about my delay. :)

Farah was super flexible with the pickup time and really quick to respond to all my questions. They even sent over a video of the item before I arrived, which I really appreciated. I also appreciated how they were willing to negotiate on the price for the food processor and were clear about the payment options. 😊
