Sarah was incredibly apologetic and went above and beyond to make things right after we missed the pickup I really appreciated how she offered to bring the items to me. And shared lot of freebies as a token of love thanks a lot for your kind gesture.

We had a bit of communication mishap regarding pick up, Sarah was friendly and we easily rearranged. Her husband came to pick up the item I was selling and he was very friendly and polite as well!
