Alexa

Alexa was trying to arrange a time for me to pick up my item and unfortunately I didn't have my app settings turned on correctly and so, I didn't see her response until the next day. I felt horrible that she waited so patiently and was so understanding, not knowing whether I was a "no show" or not. When we finally got it all straightened out, we re-scheduled another time and she was there waiting for me with my item in her hand. And it was exactly as she had described it. You can feel confident that if you purchase something from Alexa you will get what you are asking for, at the right time, right place and with a bright, cheery smile.
