I enjoyed the deal with Sotos and he was willing to deliver the item for free with warm-heart. Now I really like the item and hope to see him with other deal on Carrot one day!

vary happy with it and the people selling it was vary helpful and known his stuff

amazing meet up. was a pleasure.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a bed frame and mattress from this seller, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. What truly amazed me was the level of service provided by someone who, despite their high-class profile and the fact that this was not a regular business for them, went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. From the outset, it was evident that this seller's dedication to their customers was genuine and unwavering. Despite their demanding job and the temporary nature of their presence on the app, they treated the transaction with the same care and attention as if it were their primary business. Their meticulous attention to detail, from providing precise location instructions to patiently waiting in the lobby upon our arrival, was truly commendable. They even took the extra step of sending a video guide to help navigate our truck to the back of the building! Furthermore, the seller's genuine concern for our satisfaction was evident in their willingness to describe minor product details, thoroughly clean the items before our pickup, and even offer to dismantle them to reduce our efforts. In an era where personalized service is often overlooked, this seller's dedication to their customers sets a shining example. While I know that this review may not significantly impact their already successful career, I believe it's important to recognize and appreciate their exceptional service and kindness. I wholeheartedly recommend this seller, not only for their top-notch products but also for the unparalleled service they provide. Thank you for making our experience truly memorable!
