Lula was a pleasure to interact with. Very responsive and friendly. Conversations went beyond logistics and were warm and kind with personality, pleasantries, and patience when coordinating our schedules took some time. Pick up wasn’t just a quick “thanks and bye” but actually stopping to speak to one another. I was greeted with a “how are you?” and conversation. It was a lovely interaction overall! Thanks again!
