So helpful with instructions and offering assistance after the deal if I was confused while building it. While I was putting it together, it was great to know I had a friendly person to ask if things weren't working!

Jay was very responsive and understanding. Even when I was a bit delayed with my pickup time, he was flexible and accommodating.
