Dealing with Elma was a pleasure. She was so considerate and asked about measurements, and even worked around my schedule when she needed to pick up the items.

I appreciate that she was flexible and understanding when I only had one dark grey bath mat left, and she was fine with getting a light gray one too!

They were really friendly and approachable, punctual too. Their communication skills made for a smooth and easygoing meetup.
