I loved how Kathy was so understanding and flexible when I had to reschedule my visit multiple times They were patient and kept the dishes for me, which I really appreciated. Kathy also made sure I had everything I needed, even providing boxes and wrapping for the dishes. Her willingness to work with my schedule made the whole experience feel very warm and personal. What a lovely karroter!
