Emily was super communicative and sent extra photos when I asked, making sure I knew about the cat scratches on the chair backs. She was also helpful in clarifying the table's size and providing the address and parking details, which made pick-up a smooth experience. She even went extra miles, grabbed me some tools and helped me to take the table apart when it didn’t fit in my car. Emily is amazing! :D
