Jamal really cares of customer satisfaction. Beside that sofa is as good as new, clean, and delivered to my door. Jamal arrived exactly as promised time. He was very patient and waited for me to get access to the elevator lobby. He also helped me getting the couch out. He also offers to call if help needed on installation. 2 screws were missing but I could easily find alternative. I wish if more people do such a great business that helps us and help environment.
