Brad

Brad was super clear about the item's condition, mentioning upfront that the charger cable was missing and explaining where to get a replacement. He was really flexible with pickup arrangements, even offering to drop it off, which was very thoughtful!

Brad was really helpful and easy to talk to about the product and clear about the bike's price. They were flexible with the pickup and confirmed the details quickly, making the whole arrangement easy.
