Jim was incredibly flexible and understanding when I mentioned my pickup location was too far. I really appreciated them offering to meet me in Edmonton and holding the item for me until I could arrange pickup.

I appreciated their willingness to figure out how to send pictures of other items, even though they were new to the app.
