Hayes was very generous with his time. When I picked up my tablet cover I mentioned that I couldn't get the tablet I had purchased earlier from another seller to charge. I couldn't even get it to turn on. He offered to check it out to see if he could find the problem. I left the tablet with him and I am very happy to say that he found the problem. Thulis he did without charging me for his help. He is a wonderful man who saw an old lady's dilemma and came to her rescue. I will be forever grateful.
