kim

Kim was great at confirming pickup times and details. She let me know when she was 5 minutes away, which was super helpful for coordination.

She was very friendly and polite!

Very pleasant! Great experience dealing with Kim😊

Good communication and was on time for the meetup. It was pleasure to meet and do an exchange with Kim.

Very lovely person

It was great dealing with kim! Even though the pickup location wasn't super close, they were communicative and made sure to give me a heads-up when they were running a bit late.
