Lucy

Lucy was very accommodating with a pick up time. I was supposed to meet her after work, but got held up at work and ended up being about 45 minutes late picking up. Lucy was very understanding and kind about the whole situation, and reminded me to drive safely and not rush - which I very much appreciated and found just so kind and genuine. The cat hammock is actually bigger and hangs further down than I imagined in my head, which I’m actually quite stoked about. The listing photos and description were accurate, and the cat hammock is definitely brand new and has never been used. Lucy also accommodated payment so that I didn’t have to run to the bank after work, as was my original plan, and again I just truly appreciate the understanding and patience. It was also nice to just chat for a few minutes at pick up, and I did have the added bonus of seeing her puppy that she brought with her. 5/5 stars across the board for Lucy.

Seemless meet-up, Lucy was quick to respond to messages. Dehydrator in great condition and works well as advertised. Would definitely deal with Lucy again!
