They were very accommodating with my requests, like offering to plug in the TV to show it working, and were incredibly patient with my changing pickup plans.

Jelena was super helpful and communicative throughout the process, even when we had to reschedule the pickup multiple times. She was very flexible with timing and ensured the shelf was ready for my husband to pick up. It was great that her husband was able to disassemble the shelf for us, making it much easier for my husband to transport. Jelena was responsive and made the pickup coordination really easy. 😊
