Sofia

Sofia shared extra photos of several plants before I decided, which helped me see exactly what was available. Flexibility defined the experience as Sofia accommodated a change to our meeting time where we agreed to meet. She is an excellent Karroter 🥕🥕

They were great at confirming the pickup time and location, and showed up right when they said they would. I appreciated their clear communication and willingness to coordinate the meetup.

Sofia was very understanding when I had issues with the subway, and she was super flexible about the pickup time.

She was very understanding when I mentioned needing to find an ATM, and overall, it was a quick and easy transaction.

She was so nice and replied fast and understanding thank you 😊

I was delayed due to usual TTC thing but she waited for me. Very accommodating. Thanks for the freebie.
