Joanna

super friendly and extremely helpful. thank you for a great transaction. 👍 Provided helpful advice on maintaining the tank integrity and safely set out the items for pickup at where we agreed to meet 😬

They clearly explained the packaging and condition of the items where we agreed to meet.

Joanna was incredibly generous and offered the Bumbo seat for free, which was amazing given my situation. They were flexible with pickup timing and made the process very easy for me.

It was great that she provided clear instructions and made everything convenient, which I really appreciated. 📦

Joanna was a delight to do business with ❤️The products were as described, she always replied quickly, and pick up was as planned. She was super kind and friendly. This was my first experience at Karrot, and Joanna made sure it was one to remember. Thank you! 😊
