I thought the item was a great price and based on the picture. Everything looked good even when I picked it up. It looked good. But my mistake was, I didn't check it out properly. When I came home, I noticed it was defective. But nothing that can't be fixed overall. The Meetup was good. Lisa was very friendly, but I should have been informed about the defectiveness before I got to the meet up. Lisa was great at communicating and confirming when I could pick up the item. They provided really clear directions and gate codes, which made finding them a breeze.
