I found Nicole to be very accommodating with coordinating a pickup time that worked for me, even when I needed to make changes. She was specific about the address and where to meet. I really appreciated their patience when I had to reschedule my pickup and when I was trying to coordinate my bank visit. They were clear about meeting instructions and where to find them. 👌
