Great Miranda's husband was super flexible and able to come pick up the ukulele case at a moment's notice when I messaged him, which was great!

They were clear about when they arrived and confirmed once they had picked up the item. I appreciated how quickly they confirmed pick-up arrangements and were flexible with timing, even coordinating a later pickup time when I needed it.
