Rob was awesome, very friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to do business with him Rob was so accommodating with coordinating the pickup, even booking the service elevator and being flexible with timing to make it easier for me. I really appreciated Rob's clear communication about the table dimensions and their willingness to dismantle it for me, even taking a reference photo. They were very considerate of my situation.
