He was extremely friendly and met up with my husband at a public place, which was very local to where we live. That was extremely helpful to us. We really appreciated his transparency about the minor cosmetic issue and his flexibility in arranging the drop-off. Everything went very smooth and easy. He was great as a seller, and we would definitely deal with him again in the future. After the sale was made, he even reached out to us, letting us know that he was open to us messaging him in the future, if needed , if we have any questions about the unit .
