A Lori was incredibly helpful and provided very clear instructions for pickup, even confirming the pedestal could be removed for transport. Lori brought everything down to the lobby and even provided the use of a small dolly to help move the pedestal. She even stayed to hold the door open as my friend and I transpirted all the pieces. Super good experience.
