Agreed to purchase a $10 item but on arrival Jane noticed a part was broken. It didn’t affect the overall use but it wasn’t going to work for me because I wouldn’t be able to easily store it flat, unless I figured out a way to repair it. Jane apologized she didn’t notice earlier and very kindly gave me the item for free for my time. 👍
