Although it took a few attempts to schedule a meet-up, he was on-time and friendly when we finally did. I really hope he is able to repair the bike he bought as it will bring the rider a lot of joy 🚲

Serhii was super responsive and confirmed the item was available right away.

They were flexible with meeting up and shared their location and contact info readily.

Serhii was very patient and flexible as we worked out a meeting time that suited both of us. Despite some initial communication hiccups with timing, Serhii was communicative and made sure to update me on his wife's availability, which was greatly appreciated.
