I appreciated how quickly they confirmed and arranged the pickup time. They were clear about their arrival and kept me updated.

He just seems like a really earnest and kind hearted guy. He was fair and good and very accommodating in letting me take a look at the computer and even showing me details about it to verify what he said on the Karrot posting :)
