Barb was a oleasure to meet. She helped me down her stairs to carry my purchase necause I have a bad leg and I was afraid if falling. I needed a free had to use the railing. she is very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend buying from her. she showed extra photo's to show the item was still in the original packaging and even opened the box in frontvof me to show the quality. That is above and beyond service. 5 stars from me!
