William

William disclosed that the item needed a new lamp before I decided to purchase it.

William was so helpful in answering my questions about the trunk and sending over pictures of the inside. He was flexible with pickup times, even when I had to adjust my schedule. I appreciated William's willingness to help with loading the trunk; it made the pickup process much smoother. It was a pleasure coordinating with him. Thank you William 😊

I really appreciated Intiva holding the item for me and confirming the pickup time. They were clear about coming early to get it, and I felt confident it would be there when I arrived.

William was great, always keeping me updated on his estimated time. Nice and friendly.

Very kind and extremely fast to respond to messages
