Paul was so helpful with tips and even carrying the hamster cage to the car! His daughter and him were very welcoming, and we are so excited to be officially initiated into the Karrot world! Thank you, Paul and family for a wonderful experience. :)

I found them to be really flexible and understanding when I needed to adjust the meeting time a little earlier.
